Leon Baranovsky and Debbie Kohnstamm – a husband and wife team – founded, lead, and manage the day-to-day operations for TeamUP! Tutors. Both have seen the benefits of tutoring and are committed to building a profitable, value-based business dedicated to helping students succeed.

Our staff is a team made up of exceptionally caring individuals. They bring years of experience ranging from motivational speaking and training to tutoring, life coaching, staffing, and employee development. They have worked as tutors, tutor center directors, science camp directors, and classroom aides. All have a single goal: to do their best to help each student succeed.
